Z31

The Z31 300ZX is a sports car that was produced by the Japanese automaker Nissan from 1983 to 1989. It was the successor to the Datsun 280ZX and was available in both two-seater and four-seater versions.

The Z31 300ZX was introduced to the Australian market in 1986 and was initially only available in a two-seater configuration with a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine producing 206 horsepower. In 1987, a naturally aspirated version of the 300ZX was added to the lineup, producing 160 horsepower.

In 1988, Nissan introduced a four-seater version of the 300ZX to the Australian market, which was powered by a naturally aspirated 3.0-liter V6 engine producing 160 horsepower. This version of the 300ZX was only available with an automatic transmission.

The Z31 300ZX was well received in Australia and was known for its sleek styling, advanced technology, and impressive performance. It was particularly popular among driving enthusiasts and was often used in motorsports competitions.

Today, the Z31 300ZX has a dedicated following in Australia, with many enthusiasts modifying and restoring these iconic sports cars. There are also a number of specialist workshops and parts suppliers catering to the needs of Z31 300ZX owners.
