DESCRIPTION:For any western members… \n👉 Register Here \nWe will be meeting at 7:20AM at McDonald’s Central Dubbo (22-24 Cobra St). We will leave at 8AM sharp\, driving along Cobra St\, left onto Fitzroy St\, Right onto Wingewarra St and then left into the Showground. Tickets for show and shine are $20. \nEvent information and tickets can be sourced here https://www.dubbomotorfest.com.au/ \n \nFor anyone who cannot make it to leave McDonald’s on time (less than 5m drive from showground)\, all displaying vehicles need to be in the gate by 8:30 to have display set up by 9AM when general public can enter the venue. We are anticipating over 1\,000 vehicles\, plus concourse displays\, 200+ motorbikes\, a lot of media attention and if the weather plays nice\, around 12\,000 people through the gates.

For this reason\, we need to impose some restrictions to ensure safety of all patrons. \nThe SES assists the Lions with ground control. This means that the SES has authority to direct vehicle movements throughout the park. All participants MUST adhere to any directions from either the Lions Club or SES personnel. Failure to do so will result in immediate exclusion from the park and refusal for all future events.  NSW Police will be on site to assist in ensuring the safety of all attendees.  \nRegister your Vehicle: Registration forms will be available at the Car Show Admin tent. Registration is not mandatory but if you don’t register then you won’t be eligible to win a prize.  \nPark Entrance: Vehicle show entrants can ONLY enter the park via designated entrance. \nEntrance Times: The entrance will open at 9.00am on the morning of the event. For safety reasons all participants must be on the park by 12.00 noon.  \nEntrance Fee: $20 per vehicle will be charged for access to the vehicle show area. This show is run by volunteers so 100% of the money raised will be donated to charity. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support. \n Award Presentations will be at 1:30 at the Car Show Tent. \nDriving on the Park: Safety is our FIRST priority. Speed Limit is WALKING PACE. \n  \nExiting the Park: All entrants will be expected to remain on the park until 3.00pm. If any vehicle needs to leave the park before 3.00pm the driver MUST comply with the Emergency Exit instructions. \nEMERGENCY EXIT: If a vehicle needs to leave the park before 3.00pm it MUST be escorted off the park by a Lion or a member of the SES. It is a safety requirement that drivers MUST NOT drive through the park unescorted.
